I think he might be the only actual massochist here since he seems to like getting trounced every time he tries to win one of his stupid arguments.

He's a good guy who is just too far down the anti-leftist rabbit hole. That's how the online right does it, they don't really convince people of the virtue of their values and approach. What they do is they look for the worst elements of the left in terms of arguments and personalities and then focus on that to generate anti-leftist sentiment. They make this the central point of their pitch so people get convinced that the left is the problem. From there once they've convinced the person that the left is evil and needs to be defeated they'll gradually desensitize that person to the more unsavory elements of the right until they're trying to argue that guys who are engaging in fascist talking points aren't real fascists and in fact the real fascists are the leftists.
