By stripping a lot of the content away to create the subforums, the OT mostly just became about the posters themselves, which was essentially callout threads, troll threads and the like. It's its own thing now, you either like it or you dont.

It's always a bad idea to have a subforum just for trolling/flaming. It spills over.

I've certainly never been that good but again that's because of the aforementioned ability to choke on the easiest of shots against the weakest of opponents mostly. Hopefully, that will become a rare occurrence. My positional play has been outstanding the last little while (at the risk of sounding immodest). Growing up watching snooker it has always been a goal of mine to achieve that millimeter-precise cue ball control. I'm finally there pretty much, albeit on a smaller table. It's very gratifying.

Disagree. If more people would use the OT for its intended purpose they could keep themselves off of cards and not get banned.

It doesn't work. It doesn't lure away trolls, it just leads to more pointless feuds, and it looks bad. On any other normal site, when you go to "off topic" you get mayberry type threads, over here it's a bunch of obsessed 35 year olds calling each other gay.
