I did a really bad job of chopping it down a few weeks ago and said "fuck it" and letting it grow as-is.

I'm completely blind in my left eye so I imagine the eyelid drops because of it.

Ok, I'm out of insults. You're a fine looking fella, although I stand behind my assessment of the beard. I think very few white dudes can grow thick enough facial hair that their beard can look good at that length, particularly if it's naturally straight. Generally, I think some waviness is necessary ala Zach Galifinakis or the late Ryan Dunn.
