Cheers to shy Trump voters for recognizing the primacy of the large dong over the small hands.

My musical contribution to this thread for now.

Wonder which would be the first to change between pot and alcohol laws in Utah
I would wager pot. There's a ton of medical dispensaries in downtown SLC so it's just expanding the medical stuff that will happen first. They just upped the beer ABV to 5% in grocery stores but you still have to buy anything over that at a liquor store and I feel that is too ingrained in folks out here to change. @Fawlty might knw more as I have only been here a year and he had lived here longer prior.

Naw. Utah is fine.
Disagree. Beer over 5% ABV and any sort of winte you have to purchae at a liquor store and that's just ridiculous to me.

That’s how it is in Florida and we had a bunch of media coverage how that was voter suppression
That's insane.

I figured pot as well. How big is the agriculture industry in Utah? I feel that would play a part in pot laws changing first. Money talks.

I think people will be stoked to buy real beer without it being a pain. I left before the medical mj stuff was any sort of a thing, interesting. I would get my booze at Hill AFB so the liquor store system wasn't too bad to deal with.

I think it's pretty low for things that aren't root veggies like carrots or potatoes given the climate out here.

I just feel like pot with it's medical uses is more likely to shift first as it also isn't written about explicitly in the Mormon bible too.

The needs to get a med card are bonkers though. Basically it's limited to glaucoma, cataracts patients, terminal cancer patients, other terminal diseases that cause pain, or something that only like 1% of the population has. It's extremely restrictive, at least compared to what it was in WA and CA where you could say you had trouble sleeping and get a green card.

Well I meant more like farmers willing to use land to grow pot for the profits

Oh that? Probably high if there is enough arable land. Utah is a fucking high desert so the damn farmable land is real minimal as it is it feels like.

Freshly squeezed.

Morbid curiosity makes me resmell my stinking socks. I regret it fully every time. This is not healthy, that's not a normal odor, it's rancid.
