Yea there will undoubtedly be some tomfoolery come election day though, that is for certain. They are probably on calls right now trying to plan it. The big things I think override it for this turn is I think the pure disgust people have for Trump will make even the laziest of people vote who normally wouldn't have, and worse, if they pulled something too blatant we might have legit civil war with the way people would riot in protest. No one wants that, so hopefully we can have a smooth (as possible that is) transition.

I was just repeating it on purpose. Either he didn't see it or was making a point. If he didn't see it, I was helping. If he was making a point, I was encouraging him to be more explicit, which I prefer. But TB's link was a better answer to his question.

How do you know if a Shaman is any good though? He could be a really shitty Shaman. Do these people have any unifying set of standards?

There is apparently no consistency. But according to this Reuters article “the master shaman” has picked Trump.
