Amen, brother. If there is some long established number of people who eat a certain food--except if there are legit safety concerns--I'll try it at least once. Most of the time it's excellent. Variety is the spice of life. I'm so lucky here, it's remarkable. My wife is an excellent cook but to boot we have many excellent places to eat with a wide range of ethnicities represented authentically even though Charlottetown is a pretty small place.

Now, in fairness, there are restaurants from all over PEI on that page, but somewhere close to half are here in the city.

Nice man. Will have a look. Couldnt agree more. Gotta try most things at least once. I lived in Boston for 7 years and there was a ferry up to Nova Scotia and maybe PEI but can't recall. I always regret not traveling up that way. Some beautiful areas. Those burgers look crazy good.
Olde Fashioned Row at ROW HOUSE STEAK & LOBSTER CO looks amazing.

Yes, it sure does. I was thinking about having it for lunch, in fact.
@AgonyandIrony it sounds like something you could sink your teeth into as well,
An 8 oz Island Beef Patty in a Red Wine Demi Glaze, Smoked Whisky Aioli, Shredded Romaine Lettuce, Pepperoncini Bacon, Red Chili Gouda and Aged White Cheddar Cheese Blend, Candied Bermuda Onion, Buffalo Hickory Sticks, and Creamy BBQ Sauce on a Toasted Brioche Bun topped with a Spicy Goat Cheese Wonton.

@BEER if you haven’t heard back from a mod maybe try sending some mass PMs with the link so people can help out

I'm definitely not going to blow up PMs. I've gotten some help from people on Twitter and I might be able to make the trip.

a zinger from @ryan3434 in the trump corona thread , photos showing donnie signing a blank piece of paper..."Maybe that's his get well soon card. That no one but him signed."

Too long to follow. But it's hilarious that after four years on the job he's still clueless about how to even plausibly pretend to look busy presidenting. Or maybe he just rightly thinks his fans are idiots.

Anyone in here make gifs?

Seeing Condit drop Court right at the end of the first round and then just stare him down gave me chilld. That's the Condit I miss.

You know, people really do fucking suck at cooking salmon. What the hell is with that. I'm no food snob by any means, and I didn't realize until later in life just how much badly cooked salmon is out there.

Same thing with tuna btw

15ish

I can invert when trying to retain guard easily again which was one of the biggest pains while I had more weight. The other ten isn’t really worrisome for me at the moment cause I’m not competing the year and I need to almost do six days a week to get back down to that weight and at the moment, I don’t think I can manage that schedule.

You see that meat dish?

My mom adds really dark beer instead of the ones they regularily use, it's delicious.

A lot of people do it wrong here, they either use the wrong meat, add the wrong ingredients or overcook it until it's almost soup.

Indeed, see my earlier post about the palatability of organ meat. It's very hard to cook properly. But when you go into a restaurant and the mojo is good and you get the feeling the cook is somebody's grandma, I will go all in on liver and onions.

I've never eaten organ meat. Well actually, skin is an organ and I've eaten plenty of that.
