I've been listening to Burn the Priest this morning. Lamb of God needs to remaster that album.
As does JFAC with Genesis.

Yeah between 22:00 and 04:00 definitely some sleep.
How about Randy vs Chuck?Yeah, those are the guys I thought of too. But, even with their personalities (Penn and GSP have some charisma), the fight quality isn't there since GSP routed Hughes in their second and third fights and routed Penn in their second. You need some back and forth between the second and third fights imo. So the Penn / Hughes one is the best.
Best ones in terms of fight quality and personalities imo:
Frank Shamrock / Bas Rutten
BJ Penn / Matt Hughes
Sakuraba / Gracie Family

what is your strategy for guys who try to bum rush around your open guard. Like, they don't want to make grips and try to pass, they just want to run around my legs
I don't even chase them anymore I mostly do this
Fedor vs CC.How about Randy vs Chuck?
DC vs Stipe was overhyped by the UFC but the first two fights were good and had great finishes. Third fight was meh I'll admit
Aldo vs Mendes? No real animosity or build up the way there is with some of the rivalries that have trash talk have but its one of the GOAT against one of his toughest challenges with the second fight being a FOTY contender.
Sonnen vs Silva had a lot of hype both as an interesting match up on paper for the guy considered many to the the p4p best at the time and given the trash talk and Sonnen delivered in the first fight. The hype for the rematch was nuts and it was a good fight with a nice finish. How many times have you seen a flying knee to the body of a grounded opponent?
Oh and how can I forget the greatest of them all?
Jacare vs Camozzi
That is a good one but is it a rivalry if they only fought once? I was thinking of rivalries where there was at least two fights. But if we're talking in general and based on hype CC vs Fedor is definitely up there.Fedor vs CC.
especially given how CC wrecked Aleks prior
CC and Wand too especially given what a wold beater Wand was during their first encounter and the hype around the second one where CC just wrecked Wand. I get why we never got a third but that series sits at 1-1.That is a good one but is it a rivalry if they only fought once? I was thinking of rivalries where there was at least two fights. I’ve never tried that but might try it. I usually try to engage first and get in de la riva, shin to shin, or seated. When they run, I do turn with them and I somewhat get on my side, frame and fight to hook a leg in to play half. It usually works but when it doesn’t, they still haven’t gotten me into side because of the frames. I really like opportunities where I can collect both the legs and get a simple sweep that way. I’m wondering if that defense could get a set up for that. With shin to shin, it’s there a lot on the first off balance.
What happened to the Kyle Rittenhouse thread?
Was gonna post this in it
Look, first off the kid should've never been there and his mom is irresponsible as fuck for driving him there in the first place. The other adults were wrong too, especially the cops who should've checked his ID and seen he was too young to open carry. And he was clearly there for the wrong reasons, inspired by the polarization to go protect a place he seems to have had little connection to.
All that said holy shit this boy is quite the operator at the age of 17. Dude shows a lot of restraint, as he should since he has no business being there. He gets chased by a clearly belligerent man and only fires after having something thrown at him and being chased for some time. When he shoots the man he tries to remove himself from the situation and walks a mile down the road but ends up being chased still. He trips and gets kicked by one man that he does not fire at, skater boi hits him with a skateboard and tries to take his gun and only then does he fire at him. Third guy points a gun in his direction and this boy shoots his arm, not sure if that's intentional but he only shot once and then left despite the clear threat there. I mean, isn't that what some call for police to do, to shoot at limbs to disable instead of kill? This boy did that. In between every shot he points the barrel in a safe direction and keeps his finger off the trigger until he has to shoot. He handles his gun way better than, for instance, those two shithead lawyers who pointed theirs at protesters and had their fingers on the trigger(at least the wife did). Hell if cops showed this much restraint maybe we wouldn't even have these protests though to be fair cops can't run from threats, they have to deal with them.
If you told me that some bootlicking high school drop out shot three protesters and killed two of them I would assume the worst of him. But having the video and the context it really seems like he wasn't that bad and that he's just a misguided kid at the wrong place at the wrong time. I'm glad he's arrested and charged so this can be sorted out, I'm not a lawyer so maybe a strong argument can be made that he broke the law. But it really looks like self defense to me, maybe not legally in the sense that he may have done something to invalidate that defense and if so then sure punish him. But in terms of the fact that he wasn't going out of his way to shoot people.
All in all, I say #FreeKyle

I feel bad for the second two that got shot, whatever they did before doesn't mean they deserve to get kill or maimed in the street and they saw an armed person shoot someone else so they could've been doing what they thought was right.Kyle should face some charges, it's not like he shot people that broke into his house and intended to do him harm in his own house. He also should never have been in that situation to begin with.
THAT SAID...... I struggle to feel sympathy for the shitfucks he shot. The guy shot in the arm has a DV conviction for strangling someone, there was thehe shot in the head, and skateboard dude tried to hit him in the head with a blunt object and tried to take the gun.
Kyle is going to face charges but... again, hard to relly feel bad for the people that he shot.

Watched the video... so "bum rush" = shitty toro pass? And your strategy is to stay tight?
Opponent is making a grip on pants leg during demo... you can four finger grip the sleeve/straighten your leg/break his grip and lasso ... without grip reverse dlr is an easy setup if he's just standing there like a dumbass ... shin 2 shin is also readily available and easy enter (based on video)
Have you tried not being on your butt?
Yeah. Like, they don't want to engage the guard, they're just trying to run around the legs like they're playing football and your torso's the end zone.
Yeah that's the idea. I curl up into a ball, so if he does try to bum rush me he runs into frames and I easily reguard. So he has to engage somehow, and when he does he has to give me something.
RDLR might be a tricky idea. No one in our class really uses it, and only a couple people use DLR. Would you try a spin under right away or what would you threaten?
