Fuck me running it hasn't come a moment too soon. The first mesocycle definitely put some muscle on me but this program is definitely mean to be your primary thing. Or you're meant to be on gear.
For the last few weeks I've been wanting to do another session of jiu jitsu but haven't been able to because I'm not sure if it would cause a downward spiral. I'm at the limit of my recovery ability. Which I suppose is the point.
Juggernaut A.I. actually has a lifting program for BJJ competitors that factors in when you’re next meet is and all that, and is adjustable between strength/hypertrophy training, but you have to pay for it by monthly subscription.
