I sure would like to know how it is you think it's even possible for a conservative to avoid differing opinions. As I've pointed out in previous posts, one would have to completely avoid 95+% of news media, movies, television, commercials, social media, never have any teachers or professors, and not use google or youtube.
Unfortunately, posters like
@Trotsky are caricatures, and "typical liberals" are harder and harder to come by, because as I also pointed out, moderate liberals also feel censored and punished professionally by the far left. I pointed out the irony of his username because Leon Trotsky was pretty clear about his opposition to rich elites buying up media and using their money to drown out middle and working class voices, and poster Trotsky is championing a media where Jeff Bezos can buy up the washington post, Jeff Zucker can control CNN, and every major source of information is bought up and controlled by the richest people whose values and opinions don't come close to aligning with those of the majority of American people. Though it is also worth noting that actual Leon Trotsky was pretty hypocritical on that, and had massive financial backing from Jacob Schiff and the other incredibly rich bankers from NY, UK and Germany who funded the bolsheviks.
