I can’t watch anything made before like 2009. Everything is so dark and shitty looking it makes me sad.

The late 90s is the worst. CGI had advanced enough that everyone had access, but just not enough budget to make it good. Its amazing how much better T2 and Jurassic Park look compared to some movies that came out 10 years (or more) later. Both of those still look damn good today, too.

It's the freedom to express an opinion in public without being restrained or censored, is it not?

I didn't say anyone's free speech is violated by posters having huge ignore lists, it is evidence that hearing differing opinions is clearly not a value of someone who specifically avoids them.

It seems straightforward to me that if you are criticizing someone it is good to tag them so they can defend. However, I may have misunderstood here and thus wrongly accused him of classlessness/cowardice. To me it seemed more egregious of an omission when he tagged everyone but me. But it is true that in a different context a few years back I asked not to be tagged. So it makes sense that he may have singled me out as someone not to tag based on respectful motives.

@Trotsky, if you omitted tagging me because you thought I did not want to be tagged, then I apologize.

I think it's the right thing to do to tag someone when you're referencing them directly or attributing a view to them. I recall I tagged you a while back and you clarified your position, I think that's just good conversational etiquette.
