Did you think I was saying the hypocrisy was liberals not going to the hood? The hypocrisy I was talking about was racists simultaneously demanding that liberals both care and not care about black problems. To be fair, have you been to the hood? It's not very fun. One of my best friends in school lived there (yes he was black), and I would spend the night at his house sometimes. His parents eventually worked themselves out and never looked back.
Dude, you guys need to check out all the whinging on this NASCAR on NBC Facebook page
https://www.facebook.com/NASCARonNBC/
It has all the greatest hits:
"How can a flag be offensive?"
"What, are they all gonna get participation trophies now?"
"NO MORE NASCAR IN MY HOUSE!"
Did you ever play Baldur's Gate? It's a spiritual successor to that game. I recently finished off the entire game and the DLC for it. It's one of my favorite game series by far. The second game has a ton of issues with it and the third game is over filled with fetch quests but I really like the stories in them.@Gregolian aren't you the one who sometimes mentions Dragon Age: Origins?
Picked it up for 7.99, no idea what it's about but that's a spicy price for a game of the year. Any good?
Goddamn man.
I've never been stung ever -bee or wasp.
bitten by mosquitoes, that's a completely different story. they fucking love my blood, I'm targeted always.
I once had so many bites on my knee, my entire kneecap was just a giant ass swollen mess. it felt like a kneepad.
Nice. I enjoyed Baldur's Gate (I think just the first one, not the second one). It looked to me like you could choose to really get into the mechanics or to kind of just equip your companions and let them do their thing.Did you ever play Baldur's Gate? Word of advice. The Golems of Argamaak DLC isn't really connected to the story. It was done as a tech test for how to animate a new enemy type and a ridiculous difficulty to see if the team could do it.

You can min max your companions to get the most out of them or just let them use their talents as they see fit.Nice. I enjoyed Baldur's Gate (I think just the first one, not the second one). Thanks for the tip. Is it in your interest to recruit everybody that you can? Like is it user-friendly to acquire tons of companions and switch them around as a load-out?You can min max your companions to get the most out of them or just let them use their talents as they see fit.
The one thing that I will say is this. Leliana you almost HAVE to have in your party. Without giving spoilers away you have to go into a tavern in the first town you are in after what is a pretty obvious lengthy introduction section. Mostly for her Bard specialization.
And another thing, you can miss out on companions if you aren't careful to recruit them so it pays to investigate as much as you can in the early game.
There's a set of companions in the game. There's only two that are basically forced on you and you could potentially miss out on all the rest but it's wise to get as many as you can for flexibility. Thanks for the tip. I thought it was fantastic@Gregolian aren't you the one who sometimes mentions Dragon Age: Origins?

Origins is dated but was a blast when it came out. I'd endorse it. My mage playthrough was more satisfying than my rogue playthrough, fwiw. You can do cooler stuff with that skilltree, and the fighter archetypes are pretty much covered by your companions. No downside to picking up extras due to how the leveling works, iirc.@Gregolian aren't you the one who sometimes mentions Dragon Age: Origins?

Make sure you go to the pearl for a surprise. There are a bunch of different ones.
It's a wonderful game, with many choices, deep, rich characters and dialogue.@Gregolian aren't you the one who sometimes mentions Dragon Age: Origins?

Indeed. Those are the kind of odds the war room's giving out though.
