The Matrix is like Bobby Bonds a solid piece of filmmaking and Westworld is like Barry Bonds the GOAT

Former Energy Secretary Rick Perry attended the sessions too; in an interview, he described Mr. Drollinger as a “brilliant, knowledgeable bible instructor”. According to him, the group has previously been hosted by Agriculture Secretary Sonny Purdue.

In his post on divine judgment, Mr. Drollinger appears confident that, thanks in part to his teaching, US political life will soon benefit from the rise of a new evangelical-minded generation who will be able to change the course of the nation.

Yeah, right into the third world.

@Gregolian This is actually legal in CA since it's too long to be classified as a pistol and isn't a rifle since no stock.

Fucking CA laws are a nightmare

And that D60 is legal too since it was manufactured during Freedom Week (as I'm sure you're aware, Magpul has always timestamped their Pmags).

tfw you realize you only have a month to get through The Wire before cancelling your Prime.

On Friday morning I noticed we had a woodpecker in the tree out back and today there's an owl.

I've never noticed either in the city before

The coronavirus is obviously nature trying to claim back territory

First fatality due to an asshole over reacting to not social distancing. Didn’t involve a gun. I feel like it’s not an if but a when will someone get shot for getting too close.

86 year old woman shoved and hit the back of her head, fatally, in a New York hospital for “Not staying 6 feet away” according to the aggressor, a 32 year old woman at hospital for psychiatric help.

If it helps, you can skip season two and half watch season 5.

I've gone through the wire around 5 times.

Never gets old

I don't think the first season or third season hold up as well on rewatch. First is still working out kinks and character inconsistencies. The third relies so much on suspense and gratification that you suspend disbelief more than you realize until rewatching. The fourth season is insanely good, particularly in light of the fact that it relied on child actors and all of them performed well. Also had the best social commentary imo.

Omar is such a good character, though. He truly inspired an entire generation to be gay murderers.

On the first pass I thought season 2 was the weakest but it's grown on me as I've rewatched it.

I also seem to be the only person who enjoyed the newspaper and fake serial killer story

Fucking lol. Callback to the old Wire discussions in here. I'll reevaluate since it has been a long time.

If anything seasons 4 and 5 should be skipped.

I didn't think the S5 subplot was nearly as bad as many thought. I liked S2 more in concept than execution. Ziggy and Frank's son just annoyed me.

The show loses a step without the Barksdale crew.

I appreciated the tragic ending of Ziggy though. The clown who got dunked on all the time making that tragic turn was well done imo.

And he was Frank's son, I think you mean his nephew. And yeah he might be the weakest character on the show
