Apparently the Flyers have been killing it. I might have to start following them again.

I haven't really watched them since they dropped Bobrovsky and fired Laviolette

They had some trouble early in the season but they're on like a 9 or 10 game winning streak. They're a good team, but not a contender.

I still love that MW vid I posted
“Damnit Grizzy took the bomb, means he’s going to die someplace where we can’t get to it”
*GrizzyMocksSmii7y*
“I may sound like that but it doesn’t give you the right...”
“I don’t need rights”

@PolishHeadlock2 Before even checking, I always know it's you all up in my notifications whenever there's any kind of geopolitical energy thread trending in the WR.

The recent one is a good one, nice to catch it early and frontload albeit essentially strike dead. Most of that information winds up on like page 12 of the others by the time I see them. I wish I had more time to browse and refresh.

Is that anime BDSM in the background?

Also, I think the Bernthal version has been the best portrayal.

1. There’s a moment of him and Daredevil arguing where DD asks him:
“What happens when someone comes for you?”
“They best not miss” -Frank

2. Season 1 he wants out after he kills off the last of the people that murdered his wife and kids and only gets dragged back in when it’s shown they weren’t victims of a random attack

3. season 2 again, he’s trying to move on but gets sucked back in when he sees a kid being a target to be like kidnapped

His best storyline is still the Slavers arc done by the Punisher MAX run. Dude straight murks an entire sex trafficking ring

EDIT
Season 2 is great too cause he beats the fuck out of Keith Jardine with a 5 lb free weight.

The Thomas Jane version I liked but after watching Bernthal, both the Jane and Stevenson versions (even though Stevenson has the perfect look for an old Frank) come across as supremely sadistic. The Netflix or Bernthal version doesn’t have that same sadism to it (Jane’s version tortures Travolta into killing his wife and best friend and forces the second son to hold a fucking mine up with an outstretched arm and you hear him scream before it blows up)
please put some respect on Dolph Lundgren's name

in that movie, the first 'Marvel' movie ever AFAIK, he at the time killed the most people on screen in any movie EVER

Also you know what's really crazy? Punisher: War Zone, easily the most brutal yet slapstick of the Punisher films/show, was directed by a woman.....

Wasn’t Warzone also headed up by a bunch of people that were involved in SAW or Hostel?

Lol yeah, only noticed when I posted it on the forum. Its not in the video for some reason, some YTers like to do that and post a weird thumbnail even if its not in the video itself

I think Bernthal is perfectly cast as the Punisher and I quite like him as an actor but my fundamental problem with the character remains so I couldn't really get into it. Your synopsis of the show seems to confirm that for me.

For instance, is there any story you've read or seen of him where he's actually wrong and kills someone innocent? Are the ethics of his approach ever made into a recurring theme of his runs or shows? Just seems like the character appeals to people who believe that justice comes out of the barrel of a gun. I can give you some slack for being jaded about the justice system since you work in it but I am not sure I can say the same for a lot of Punisher fans.
yes, the main plot of Punisher: War Zone is he kills an undercover cop accidentally while taking out a Mob hideout

then tries to make it up to his widow and child, also putting them in danger in the process

Having the guy that played McNulty be Russo in that was so weird

He literally through a man through a restaurant window in Philly.

He also karate chopped some body builders out cold in Chicago.

Seriously, why has Charles Barkley never been in a comedy-action buddy film?

Imagine Charles Barkley and Jackie Chan in Rush Hour. Fucking phenomenal.

not sure that can live up to the immortal duo of Rodman and Dane Cook, Simon Sez

I like facts

The absence of evidence clip from Boondocks needs to be put into every anti vaxxer thread

* glazed with patriotism and a dab of hubris. I know some people are reading that stuff and getting triggered but simply have nothing for it. It's mostly just my way of making serious, dry topics entertaining if only for my own amusement... and I'm not even lying, really. This country truly is a Supreme Fucking Beast.

I didn't like season 2. He was probably best on Daredevil.
