Has Bloomberg really committed to spending one billion on Biden? Did he say that himself or is it rumors? That's almost like supervillain levels of comical. Lex Luthor stuff. Bloomberg's reward for this is "helping to defeat Trump out of the kindness of his heart"? I dunno man. People aren't built that nice, especially rich billionaire people.

Forgive me if this a stupid question, but how do you normally cook them?

Smoker, gas grill, charcoal, etc...

Probably going to move in w/ the gf soon, and thinking of getting a grill. Just seeing what the consensus is

He's already spent at least a half billion on the primaries, so I think a billion on the general is in the ballpark.

He said he was going to spend at least $1B overall no matter who the Dem nominee is. Bernie said he wouldn't accept the money. Although I don;t know how Bernie could stop Bloomberg from supporting him since Super PACs legally can;t be affiliated with a candidate.

I drank a lot of it in PNG, and most of the other milk alternatives. They have essentially no dairy industry, actual milk costs a fortune and I hate the taste of the imported UHT stuff anyway. Certainly prefer the slightly nutty taste of most of the milk alternatives to the taste of UHT or powdered milk.

Smoker then finish with a quick seat on a pan.

Traeger’s are nice but only get to 450 degrees. Masterbuilt’s gravity smoker is run on charcoal not pellets and you have to add wood chips or chunks but can reach 750-800 degrees.

We have a gas grill but I also cook them on a stove using a cast iron skillet. It depends on the recipe.

If I marinate the chops the day before I use the grill. If I buy the chops that day I use the cast iron so I can baste it while it cooks

You ever look at the carb content even in like bran flakes?

Special K has 13g of carbs, no fiber
Corn Flakes 62g of carbs

Stuff I found, Catalina Crunch tastes like Cinnamon Toast Crunch.... 11 grams of carbs with 6 grams of fiber for a net of 5 grams of carbs.

I’m not on a keto diet but being diabetic even under control diabetic I have to count carbs to a point. Regular store cereal doesn’t cut it

while writing one of my Master's Thesis, it occurred to me that the (then) average value of an NBA franchise was higher than the GDP of at least 17 countries (nominal) and 14 (purchasing power parity)

That's nuts

Wow. Makes me feel a type of way. Like, that billion could have been put to use in so many ways we actually talk about immediately, rather than all this. The 500 million alone could have done so much good rather than seeing his face every 20 minutes.
