For the legal stuff, yes, it's more expensive than would be the ideal case due to government taxes. As a result it's only absorbed about 40% of the black market. The other 60% is still people going to their own guy. I believe that number may be off due to a high number of home-growers, but I don't have any real data to back that up. It's telling they started offering discount items but I don't think it's going to be enough to change the habits of the current core of users.

The main reason I go legit these days is control over what strain you are getting. Going to a dealer in the past usually meant taking whatever they had. With a commercial industry, you find a few you like and then you can get at least one of them whenever you want usually.

Update on not fighting though. Two groups of drunk tourist that came together split tables because this drunk Titans fan started yelling "Trump Train!" And her Buffalo Bills friend got mad and split the group.

I've been busted laughing a few times and I'm running interference with these drunks throwing fits about masks by saying "hey man it's just their jobs. The cops are literally in this bar and y'all don't want a ticket"

Complete bullshit btw, a British dude attacked four people, but I would fight or die for my friends. Steering stupidfuck plague rats away from causing a scene is the easiest thing in the world.

Literally as long as people don't start insulting my friends (head chef, only bartender, security guy) I don't see myself getting into trouble tonight.

No, but I've played similar games like "Paladins", which for a FTP game was outstanding. I wasn't very good at it, but it was fun.

In fairness, it's a bit more complicated over here. It's much more localized. It's all local "what have you done for me lately?" shit. We don't have much of a say on who leads the country. Trudeau and the Liberals, or some guy and the Conservatives may in fact be good for other parts of the country, but it doesn't much matter when you go to vote, because they aren't on the ballot. It all comes down to who is better for me and mine. The grand scope of a national leader doesn't really come into play...which is kind of weird, but it is what it is.
