Pretty much. It has to be cheese "curds" to be official, though.

Now that everyone has figured out the slop that it is, they just keep adding to it. It's basically just a feedbag of a bunch of unhealthy shit mixed with gravy.

If it's done properly it's better than "just fries with cheese and gravy". Visit Quebec sometime and give it a try. It has to be chicken gravy and the cheese curds add a special texture and flavour that melted whatever kind of cheese blob can't match.

Could be worse. We had the temps here dipping to around 0 in late May and haven't had a weekend without some sort of precipitation since March. And now we're getting hit with wildfire smoke from out west--nasty shit.

Still, I like the heat but I can't imagine dealing with temps like that. Stay safe, coach.
