Trust me sweetheart, putting me on ignore is a badge of honor. And yes, you ignored me because you couldn't win via attrition (since grasping basic concepts that run contradictory to your own seems to be beyond you - hot tip: no one is perfect, admit when you're wrong and move on, people will like you better). Walls of text don't work; the info you post is what's relevant, not the size of it, which might scare off other people. Also, try not to selectively choose only the points in someone's reply that you can spin into a eternal quibble. Address the argument as a whole and ADMIT when you have a bias that prevents you from even understanding the other side of the argument.

In the spirit of the holidays, I will say that on some topics, you're a super bright guy. How about that.

It's funny too how he always talked about people being "weak" for using the ignore function and then he does it to multiple posters.
Salty Fawlty actually took you off ignore the day of the election to make fun of you but then we all know what happened and he had you back on ignore before the night was over.

Im my view the best type of posters are the ones you either learn something from, or ones that can make you laugh.

Zankou gets my vote for most informative poster, it's like learning a free course when he posts. He barely edges out Kafir-kun in this regard;both are terrific valued members of this site.

IDL is also my fav because of his humor. Shinko po(sp) as well.

Falsedawn is the most righteous: I love how he just dances on fools with knowledge and contempt.

Sodapop needs to get a peabody award or something. He's was on point for a while with twitter updates

There are a few racist posters whose views are more than distasteful, but they are useful to me in that they help me keep a finger on the racist pulse which thickens the skin and sobers the mind.

Actually, you're a pseudointellectual contrarian who builds faulty premises that you try to conceal with obscure data that you don't even fully understand. Like when you went around insulting people thinking that it wasn't "ad hominem" if it wasn't phrased as an argument, and I embarrassed you by showing you what "ad hominem" really means.

That was of course just the first time I did things like that to you. After awhile you tried replying without quoting me, hoping I wouldn't get the notification, then when that didn't work, you started making up excuses not to reply.

What's funny is that previously you tried to build your ego on being "substantive" and people not wanting to argue with you. Now you no longer have that as an out, so you're the one who makes up excuses. And any weak little meme you post, I can respond to with a meme. If you try to talk around me, I can talk around you. Best Election Coverage: Award for person that specifically provided the best threads/content related to the 2016 United States Presidential election. Pluses included coverage having been over an array of content, diligent work ethic.
During the Primary threads, I really liked @ShoelessRye 's perspective on what was going on. Shout out to @waiguoren for not only manning up in the bet thread that he would predict the results closer than 538 but actually pulling it off.

Iirc he jumped all over me once for "being a typical liberal" when I made an offhand comment about how I think CNN is garbage nobody should watch. Pretty sure that was him. Could be wrong. It was weird.
