Obviously he's going off what WM's friends and family have said. They can't give us the whole story because it would interfere with what his lawyers are doing, but you're deluding yourself if you think he didn't tell the people he was close with what went down. He was on the run for a week, that's plenty of time to tell friends and family what happened.

His brother and friends state that she came at him with a knife. Even if I was skeptical about their honesty, the fact his lawyers are building a self defense case let's me know this is what his statement will be and that it's not far from the truth.

It is likely War Machine already had this lawyer on retainer. If War Machine claims it was self-defense, it is his lawyers job to build a case for that and present that case. It is not War Machines job to gather evidence. It's not a matter of "no lawyer would take that case." That isn't a possibility in the US justice system.

War Machine is the kind of guy to tell a woman "you will never be with a another man as long as I am alive." He is the kind of guy who you legitimately believe will kill you if you leave him. He is probably also the guy who can be the sweetest guy in the world sometimes, and then just snap at something small and smack her around.

Also it wasn't super powers that allowed him to avoid any damage it was his professional training that he's been doing for years. I don't know if you're underestimating the advantages that a MMA fighter has over the average person or if it's just such a foreign topic that it looks super human.

Here's the very simple background of how WM could be right. He comes in starts beating on the guy, sees Mac with the knife coming at him beats her down and then leaves.

Do I think that's what happened? No. I don't know though and honestly don't care to much but I'm super bored at work and your trying to hard to act like this isn't a plausible scenario.

It doesn't work that way. If they agreed to meet up on Fri morning for him to help her set up, and he was to meet her at her place, and he has a key, no one is gonna fault him for showing up early.

If she didn't want him popping in she would have asked for his key back. If there is even one ''see you on Fri babe!''text from her, it makes her argument of him not being welcome or expected there bs. Defense is going to be pulling up telephone records to poke holes in her story. Most likely Jon was supposed to be there in the morning or noon, and corey wasnt spending the night. This wasn't supposed to go down the way it did.

Also if Corey doesn't know who Jon is, and thinks Christy is his girlfriend (which his statement says), he may as well have initiated the fight thinking Jon was a random intruder. I'm sure it's not uncommon to find this in Vegas.
