I actually feel like war machine is making the smarter decisions here when it comes to the court case. He didn't blast out a fake statement and will do everything at the right time with the proper lawyers. His lawyers are going to tear CMs story apart. Hell, without even hearing the other side of the story a lot of hers has already been debunked. I'd imagine he will do less time because of this.

Mary Casamento is the woman who claims to have called the cops, who claims to have seen him roughing up a woman and who freely gave her full name to the press to report it.

She could be lying.. but i have no reason to believe someone would claim to be the one who called the cops if they infact didn't since that would clearly be verifiable

Totally agree. There are probably a lot of charges that his lawyer can get dropped or reduced based on her flip flopping stories but I can't see any defense for beating her so badly. There's no way he's getting off from that

I've been saying this since day one. If it was just him and her, there's nothing you can say that would make me think he was in any danger. But when you add another guy and a weapon into the mix, it changes everything.

This is a funny suggestion tho. Ok so Corey and Christy ATTACKED Jon... and he acted in self defense.

What would be the motive for them to attack him? I'm guessing, it would be to get him out of the house. I really couldn't picture Corey and Christy following him out of the house at 2am and down the street to kick his ass or try to kill him or whatever.

So all Jon had to do was, leave. That's it, just retreat... "Ooops sorry bro, didn't know it was your week with Christy, I'm gonna head over to Sapphire now. Later." And something tells me that would completely erase any motive for them to attack Jon.

Isn't it just immeasurably more believable that Jon walked in unexpected, caught Christy in bed with another guy... and attacked the guy? Isn't that what Alpha's do? Especially cage fighting ex-cons with a history of abuse?

It just makes far too much sense. Maybe Christy ran and grabbed a knife while Jon was choking Corey to try to prevent Jon from killing him... that would be believable, but that's about it.
