There is no actual evidence to support the claim that she was cheating, you could make the suggestion based on the current information avaliable, but in terms of actual proof you have noone to support it.

Furthermore 'cheating' is in no way illegal and isn't justification in any way or form that would give leniency for any of the things this dolt is charged with.
