I heard in a news report, before the Mary Cosomento story, that the desk worker at the hotel called the cops on WM when he checked in. I know he's not the smartest guy but I have a really hard time believing that while evading police for beating a chick up he would commit the EXACT SAME crime out in public.

War Machine hasn't given the PUBLIC his story, he has told those close to him his story by way of his brother he stated as such, but his brother hasn't released a full story either, so it's just pieces at this point. What kind of "evidence" do you want? Obviously blood, crime scene, War Machine himself, phone records, etc etc all have to be examined. You want proof for something before a trial begins? His brother never claimed multiple stab wounds, someone mistaken as his brother claimed that. Police are only going off what they have which is a statement from CM and Corey and the physical damage done to them. Given the fact WM ran from the scene and the other evidence that they were beaten they issued warrants for those charges. It is apparent though they also see holes in her story since they already changed an attempted murder charge because they knew it wouldn't stick

I didn't claim she had a knife, that is the story coming out from War Machine's brother, I do want to to see all the evidence before I make a judgement.
