Thanks for the clarification, as I honestly don't remember you telling it like this back when we discussed it. But it was a long time ago so maybe I just don't remember it correctly since it's what you said. That's fair and my bad if I forgot. I remember much more accurately what I said though. I remember saying specifically that I would have went to war in there and the story I told, and you acting as if that was an unheard of course of action. Me saying that in that conversation had to come from somewhere, so there may be a missing link between the two comments we are referring to.

However, your reaction to this random occurrence still seems weird to me. You seem to be taking it way too seriously for someone who is typically pretty chill, too personally even, for something that happened the way you describe. This, again, makes me question it. If Sketch started popping up saying "MMA's wife cheated on him", I'd troll him back or just "meh" it if it ever popped up, dismiss it to others, etc. That is because I know my wife is a primadonna asshole, but the Sketch comment wouldn't be true so what would I care what Sketch said? Even if he called her a condescending asshole I'd probably be like "for real brah". With that reaction he'd probably move on the next day knowing it both didn't affect me at all and that there's nothing there to attack. Your reaction of ultra anger tells a different story than what you're saying. That's my opinion based exclusively on your overreaction to your story or me getting a laugh out of Sketch's jokes. The shoe is not fitting man.

It's hard to imagine Ivar being a cripple considering his feats. That was still an era when Scandinavian/Germanic peoples basically chose their leaders amongst the strongest of the bunch.

The Icelandic saga of Ragnar portrays him as a cripple though, and that's what the TV show is based on. Obviously it's not historical. I wouldn't consider it an outright bastardization of history since it's just an adaptation of a Saga which actually exists. Of course, there are probably plenty of complaints that can be made about the outfits and such.

What do you mean? I am who I am. I like the forum and post when I have time during work, or am just hanging out at home. If people like me cool, that's amazing. If someone doesn't like me oh well, why would I care? It's an internet forum at the end of the day. I don't think Trots dislikes me at all, we get along almost all of the time. We just aren't agreeing on this particular topic, so I'm not sure how you reached such finality there. Not even Zebby dislikes me anymore which deserves an award in itself, so I'd argue I tend to get along well with nearly the entire forum.

Also not sure what trash talk you think I commence in, but if you have examples I'm more than willing to listen to areas of improvement. Do you mean when I make an obvious joking comment like "bruh I'm so Alpha listen to this one liner lolz" at the end of a discussion to lighten the mood that no one should take seriously? I don't want to give an impression that I'm randomly trash talking people, and don't feel I've ever actually done that, so I'm more than willing to listen to what you mean by this or if you have an example of me doing it. Well, if I'm being completely honest, she kind of is. You know those women that are so full of themselves that they think they're better than everyone around them or that everyone around them is not doing something or whatever? That's her. She's needs to fix it, but she's stuck in her ways so I have no choice but to hold that L there. She's a gigantic tipper though, like 35% tips minimum regardless of the bill amount, so there's that.
