I worked with a guy who looked like this once. He was about 5'5 on a good day, and took roids, he weighed about 210 plbs.

One day he was talking about being a big guy and I stopped him. I told him he was a 'medium sized' guy. He stared at me, not angrily or anything, but confused and shocked. I explained to him;

"Look man, I'm 6'1, 185lbs, You are 5'5, 210 lbs. I have the height, you have the width. We are both medium sized guys. Our boss who is 6'2 and 230 lbs, he is a big guy because he has both height and width"
