1. Classes are taught by De La Riva/Monteiro Black belt Sergia Silva 99% of the time 6 days a week twice a day excluding saturdays. Alot of classes at other academies in the bay area have purples and browns teaching the classes.
2. Great Environment with a open door policy hence the name. Hardly any injuries with great instruction.
3. Have you seen the prices in the bay area for jiu jitsu? This is the cheapest in the san francisco bay area for sure. The only one I think who charges close or to the same amount is Royler Gracie Black Belt eduardo rocha who just opened his own academy. Besides our two schools, everything else is hella expensive, like 125-175 monthly...
