Wandy banned for 3 years (retroactive May 2014)

One guy submitted a sample, the other didn't.........
The NSAC doesn't have jurisdiction to test a non licensed fighter, which Wanderlei was at the time. Regardless, Sonnen failed multiple tests, Wanderlei has not.

Apparently you dont understand the US justice system. Good thing Texas still has the death penalty. Cant have too many of you running around.

he's my favorite fighter ever, but i don't want to see him fight again. he's done. don't care to see him get destroyed or fight cans.
Im confused...

Considering all he has done in his career is getting destroyed or fighting cans...

BTW: JK, but who would not want to see Wandy decapitate fools a la Pride style?

Wrong.

"However, the argument put forth by Silva's attorney Ross Goodman, that the NAC did not have proper jurisdiction because Silva was not a licensed fighter when it attempted to drug test him, was also thrown out. Judge Kerry Earley ruled that the NAC "properly exercised jurisdiction" in the matter."

They cant prevent you from fighting in another country but they can certainly refuse to license you in Nevada if you go over their head and fight somewhere else when you were under a suspension, especially a reduced suspension. You ever heard the term, dont look a gift horse in the mouth?

This isn't true. Nsac suspended vitor, so he went and fought over in England while suspended, and the nsac still licensed him after he came back to the states when his suspension was up.

Maybe he will fight Royce or Shamrock when he comes back. Lol or maybe they fight a senior juicing league tourneyment

Shows how corrupt the NSAC is. They threw it because the judge said it was "irrelevant".
Doesn't say anything in here about testing non licensed fighters.
