Good, public schools are hard to come by in Texas. Most people with $$$ send their kids to private schools.

You can own any type of gun at 18. You can’t transfer a hand gun by FFL or dealers until 21. Meaning a private citizen can sell or gift a hand gun to an 18 yr old.
