Have you seen Volk? His legs are wide as a tree and his forearms are insanly big, his back is wide as a table. Volk is short but very thick.

If you've listened to volk talk in various interviews, he flat out said that he was heavier than he has been in a long time. For reference, when he was TRYING TO BULK last time for islam, he was walking around at 177lbs. The fact that he's heavier than that while not trying to bulk and while coming off of surgery is a bad sign and not indicative of his norm.

Also, the difference here is that Islam is shredded 184lbs. For volk to be as ripped as Islam, he needs to get below 170lbs.

I don't think it's a stretch to suggest Islam cannot and will not ever make weight in the division Volk rules and makes weight in regularly. They're not the same size.

And this is the reason Volk is still ahead of Islam P4P, it was a close fight yet it's Volk who is outsized. No one in their right mind thinks these two are the same size.

What do you make of him saying that he weighs more then Hooker. How much do you think both Volk and Islam weighed in fight night? Islam said that Volk only weighted couple pounds more and Big John saying that from his sources that Volk was almost same size. Dont know how trust worthy his sources are.
