    I replaced the ab work at the end with 3 sets of each: Pullups, Pushups, Dip station Leg Raises

    Our team is sitting comfortably in 1st place now.

    Work has been crushing me the past week but hopefully things will slow down in the near future. I had no energy or desire to even play last night.
