Hey everyone. I've started a training log here before, but I was a pussy and stopped going to the gym. I'm manning back up.
I've been going for a few weeks again now so I want to start a journal. Guess here goes nothing. I'm going in again tonight so I'll write up all my information in an edited first post when I get back.
