    Hey everyone. I've started a training log here before, but I was a pussy and stopped going to the gym. I'm manning back up.

    I've been going for a few weeks again now so I want to start a journal. Guess here goes nothing. I'm going in again tonight so I'll write up all my information in an edited first post when I get back.

    Here are my stats (estimated).

    Height: 6"0
    Weight: 185lbs

    Max's on the big three.

    Deadlift: 225
    Bench: 175
    Squat: 200

    My legs are weak as shit. That's going to be one of my main focuses.

    DAY 1 - Tuesday, May 13th, 2008

    Felt good, but extremely tired. Going to need to eat dinner before going next time, ran out of fuel.

    I'm getting back into the routine so I'm going slow for cycle (week) 1, just doing the 3 main exercises and an assist each. Next week I'll be doing the full routine each time.

    Did some other exercises like incline dumbbell press and overhead press but didn't write down the numbers. Easing back into bench. Felt good.

    Haha, I wish. But I did meet him at an MFC Show (now Bodog Fight) out in Atlantic City about three years ago. He's really, really nice in person.

    DAY 3 - Sunday, May 18th, 2008

    Really shitty gym day. Got there mad late, it was set to close in 20 minutes. I warmed up for squats. Two sets in, I pulled some muscle (inner-thigh?) and couldn't do another set without failing.

    Instead, I moved to the inclined leg sled to finish off. My legs are weak as shit, I really need to focus on this area next week.

    Taking a day off the gym today. Going to move it over to tomorrow.

    I basically can't walk up or down stairs because my legs are so sore. So instead, I stayed in and did some shadow boxing, pushups, etc.

    Good job, Ruskii. I'm sore today too, but back and hamstings, mostly from deadlifts.

    DAY 5 - Wednesday, May 21th, 2008

    Legs are still sore as shit. Can't even walk up and down stairs without them hurting.

    I was supposed to do deadlift today but decided not to because of my legs. I'm going to wait till either tomorrow or Thursday, so we'll see.

    Fucked up all week, sprained my arm in Atlantic City and had to rest up. First workout back in, felt great. Abolished the deadlifts I used to do.

    Great workout. Went easy on Squats, want to get back into the swing of things without hurting myself too much.

    Also, ordered a scale to check my weight and such every few days.

    I finally got my scale. Going to be recording weight from now on.

    Awesome workout. Putting up the 135 easily today. Feeling great about this. Ordered a scale, will update weight tomorrow morning.
