Current game he's been working on for the past eight years was a crowd sourcing scam to pay off his tax lien. I'm not allergic to different perspectives, I'm just quite skilled at detecting bullshit marxism posing as 'enlightenment.'

As one of the slides say -
'In Gender Studies...'
*Decolonial theory
*Queer Theory
*Radical Feminism
*Marxism Feminism (they outright admit it)
*Standpoint Theory (your specific lived experience - 'your truth.')

And it's interesting a Chinese student objected to it, because such subjects are not taught in China... because they're already communist.
They're subjects meant to divide the population based off of race, sex, sexuality because their purposes is to divide rather than unite.

Not at all surprising this is being taught in a game design university in a western nation, because Marxists love to indoctrinate young and impressionable minds and turn them into zealots.

As for Bad Marxism, it's not exactly what the title implies it is. It's not anti-Marxist, its a critique of modern Marxism in comparison to its founding principles.

this class he’s in is a contemporary game studies course. it’s a course that’s more focused on theory & cultural/socio-political analysis than it is on technical design.
