Currently right now it's practically a mixed bag of men and women that are currently designing or have designed barbie.
If you read their bios most of them have years of designing barbie dolls but for some odd reason the 5 designers featuring the most barbies on the page are all men: Billy Greening (342 barbies), Carlyle Nuera (117 barbies), Bob Mackie (36 barbies), Javier Meab (30 barbies) and Angel Kent (19 barbies). The referenced barbie list for each designer is definitely incomplete because Carol Spencer is featured here and she is one of the most famous Barbie designers.

How did Taash even know the word non-binary? I actually thought the game was somewhat decent but that scene was so terrible even for someone who’s a lefty. Not sure what they were thinking, they could have at the very least came up with a clever way to introduce a trans character. Lev from Last of Us 2 was done so much better
