Media USADA tests under 100 picograms per ML

Again, they were around long before the ufc and they have more revenue from non-ufc related activities than from the ufc. And there’s zero to suggest that ruling one way or another on jones would move the ufc away from usada. And again, the idea that public blatantly unethical actions is the key to long term professional stability is sorta silly. And look, I get it. You started off by saying their was a huge financial incentive (“massive money”!!!) and now you’re afraid to concede you were wrong, for some reason……

Maybe you’re not aware that usada doesn’t actually do the testing?

You’re not even following your own argument. It’s YOU that is arguing the top of usada is doing things that YOU can detect, on a specific case, that is unethical and against science and facts. That’s YOUR argument. That’s what YOU believe. Yet you’re trying to at the same time argue that his peers in the profession can’t see it.

It's a fact that Jon Jones has been found guilty more than once for having more than one type of PED/banned substance in his system. I don't know why you're trying to argue his innocence. Congrats on losing that yellow card, by the way.

I never argued his “innocence”…..

Not quite, no, and I'm aware of that. But I'm alone with my ten month old and it would have been way too time consuming to type out everything I wanted to say about what I've read over our discourse.

But this has been a useful argument, I have changed how I thought about things a bit.

Before I was convinced that his "assistance" was pure bullshit, but now I think it's possible that he did give them something. When someone co-operates in order to get a reduced sentence they usually do so in one of two ways: A) snitch on someone else B) show them exactly how the crime/offence/violation was committed so the agency can prevent others from doing it in the future.

Jon's been really reticent about the whole thing, but I do seem to remember him saying he didn't snitch on anyone. His word is less than worthless, but USADA isn't the DEA, they're not an enforcement agency. They're a testing agency. So B) would probably be of greater assistance to them in detecting other cheaters.

Just coincidence Jones has multiple positive tests while most never fail once.

Not a coincidence

A few likely factors-

Foremost, Jones is the only legacy champion (or GOAT contender) pre and post USADA.
GSP retired when USADA came to town and Anderson popped shortly after USADA

USADA raised the bar with testing, and Jones is the only legacy fighters who successfully transitioned.

That coupled with his bad habits; cocaine booze god knows what else, its pretty obvious hes not living the most structured, regimented life of what he puts in his body
