Well, another poster linked a thread where Death Head showed the EXACT same pattern of lies, agressive threats, etc. When given a date and location he punked out. Im getting a bit frustrated but haven't given up yet. I just have to be careful right now being on dubbs.

Bro, I made military pay. It isn't exactly caviar and champagne every night. "Fat cat" indeed.

Everybody seems to be really angry with me for being in the military AND NOT CASHING IN ON A PENSION.

I invested pretty well. And I got Hella lucky - deployment money isn't taxed and since you can't spend any while you in the desert I took some advice and got a couple thousand shares of MSFT at around 26. It's sitting around 530. So that bought my boat.

Yeah. DINK til my wife popped one out at 45 in 2016. That'll scare you.

Wife has her retirement stuff as a teacher. I may have forgotten to mention that played a factor in the decisions.

Well, it is frustrating to have to ART15 one for photographing other soldiers genitals under a bathroom stall and them calling a congressman to claim victim status and discrimination.

And having one on your books that spends half their time at medical appointments and behavioral health while being non-deployable.

Knowing these fucking guys are playing the system while everyone pussyfoots around them for fear of getting crucified in the court of public opinion. It certainly affects your perception of the organization.

I think theres a disconnect with you celebrating cuts of federal jobs, when federal jobs provided you the luxury of your current wealth and prosperity

I'm not sure why.

My statements are consistent.

1) I support smaller government
2) I support a smaller military

I do not wish for the federal government to be abolished. I do not think the military should be abolished.

I think there is a lot of bloat in both. It should NOT be the largest jobs growth sector for our economy.

Please do not pigeonhole me into the position that because I was paid by the government that I should blindly support it or it's growth.

For the record, my wealth and prosperity did not come from the federal government. Else you would see every military service member with a yacht and $$$. What you see is living frugally (my truck is 15 years old and I dont have fuckin insurance), savings and investments, some luck, and lots of sacrifice. You know what an E4 makes? Shit - it sucked. We had to short sell our house. E-5? It fucking sucked too. Seeing my wife for a total of 2 weeks in 3 years til I made 01 kept spending down. It wasn't until I was an O3 that we had real money in the bank.

Right wingers will, of course, talk about their desire for "small government", but that's clearly bullshit, and we all know it. They have no problem with the increase of funding to the American Gestapo (ICE). What that mean when they talk about "small government" is cutting anything that strengthens the hand of the working class. What they really want is an entrenched aristocracy, and to remove any means the masses have to destroy it.
