Except for that was what he investigation was started for and of course what the thread was called. So if I did an investigation to see if you had any balls or not but discovered you wear panty hose I couldn’t later say see! Just like I said all along, panty hose

I'll just leave this here...

No shit. I wouldn't cal him shitty but it's fun to watch him moderate.

There’s a very simple answer to that. WAY back in early 16, it was revealed by Wikileaks that democrats were plotting behind the scenes to damage trump by attempting to portray him as too close to Putin. That’s what you’re were witnessing. However now, they’re claiming they were protecting Trump. That is the biggest narrative shift over a weekend I’ve ever observed and should raise all kinds of red flags for anyone paying attention.

Do you mean the “unverified” reports that state the guy with a history of spying on presidential campaigns (reported by the nyt and WP 30 years ago) has been caught spying on the trump campaign before the date which the fbi claims they started the investigation?

You do understand that the fbi has run to the nyt and WP to try to get out in front of this story after the WSJ article about a spy in the Trump campaign?

If you’re any kind of astute observer of politics, you have to realize there has been a MASSIVE narrative shift in the last 72 hours. Do you think that’s normal? It’s not.

Let me ask everyone reading.

Why is it that in the last 72 hours, the narrative changed to “we were protecting Trump”?

So you are saying this is all just an elaborate scam against the Trump campaign? That all of the indictments and guilt pleas are "Trumped up" to take down the Donald? I wonder who could come up with such a grandiose theory where he was the lone patriot against the establishment?

Massive narrative shift? You do you know before the WP had this bombshell massive gargantuan narrative shift that the FBI had met with the Trump campaign to warn them that this was happening so that they wouldn't get involved in some dirty shit? You know you are citing a Opinion piece? Its someones Opinion. You do realize that even CNN will publish opinion pieces that are contrary to what the established narrative might be on a particular story to give another perspective? I know that's hard to understand as right wing media only allows for a singular perspective to be published but it happens all of the time with other media outlets.

One of these days you figure out what the term spy means and you will use it in the right context.

Spying would mean that this person infiltrated the Trump organization and found something of value like a laptop, broke into it and STOLE the information off of it and then handed it to the FBI. An informant is someone that COLLECTS information typically through legal means and reports that the FBI. In this case the informant was SPEAKING with members of the Trump campaign who freely gave him information from which he reported it to the FBI. At no time did this person infiltrate the Trump organization and STEAL information.

Also I found who you are getting your talking points from, might as well had been Infowars

Who said anything about this meaning everyone is innocent? A bunch of you have thrown that out, I’ve certainly never claimed that.

I’m interested in the corruption of federal agencies under the obama administration. Which is now under investigation.

spy
spī/
noun
  1. 1.
a person who secretly collects and reports information on the activities, movements, and plans of an enemy or competitor.
synonyms: secret agent, intelligence agent, double agent, undercover agent, counterspy, mole, sleeper, plant, scout; More
verb
  1. 1.
work for a government or other organization by secretly collecting information about enemies or competitors.

Try using a dictionary next time. He literally fits the definition perfectly, and was paid LOTS of money to spy, AND in the past the nyt referred to him as a secret agent the last time he got caught spying on a presidential campaign.

Do you ever get tired of me slapping you around?

trump is making sure the government bends for him whenever he wants it to. No one has done this since Nixon used the doj, irs and fbi to try to stall and go after those investigating him.

It's actually not under investigation.

Some butthurt GOP dorks recommended it be investigated, but there is no investigation yet.

The difference is their posts are filled with name calling.

My posts are filled with news reports, dates, and facts.
You clearly didn't even read the link.

(a) 538 gave Trump better chances than most pollsters.

(b) National polls in general were more accurate in 2016 than in 2012.

(c) A poll projecting a narrow win one way, but the outcome being a narrow win in the other direction doesn't invalidate the polls (to people who are not morons).

(d) Literally ALL of those stories you just posted a screenshot of were BEFORE the Comey letter lol

Good grief, you're daft.

Bob doesn't even read his own links, as proven multiple times.

Bob you bitch and complain that others call you names and here you proclaiming to bitch slap me over a definition I already read prior to making my post. One you didn’t look up was informant which I did.

informant
[in-fawr-muh nt]
See more synonyms on Thesaurus.com
noun
  1. a person who informs or gives information; informer.
Which one of these fits the description better? A person who had meetings with two Trump campaign advisors and then reported back to the FBI what he learned.

Your claim is Halper was known to be working for the National security apparatus so therefore he was not doing anything in secret. If he had infiltrated the Trump campaign under false pretenses then he would be considered a spy.

The best part is you are now siding with a President who is starting to show his true colors, one who believe YOU work for him. Dangerous road you are taking Bob.

Behind the scenes: During the presidential transition Navarro recommended Halper, among other people, for ambassador roles in Asia. A White House official said Halper visited the Eisenhower Executive Office Building last August for a meeting about China.

i don’t “complain” about name calling, I just point out that the liberals here can’t make a single post without calling people names, because they’re truly hateful people. What I said to you isn’t name calling, and is the lightest shit talking you can imagine.

The spy definition fits better. Deal with it.

What you say I claim is not at all what I claim.

Your last paragraph is potato level analysis.

@bobgeese Here is a different way to look at the two. Would you call a Chinese American an informant or a spy who works at Rathyeon and sends classified documents to China?

Now given this example, does this fit the same description as to what Halper did for the FBI?

What did Halper secretly take from the Trump campaign?

The guy was paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to bait multiple members of the trump campaign both before and after the election.

He has a history of spying on presidential campaigns.

The nyt previously labeled him a secret agent.

Only one of our definitions included secret agent.

Are you trying to mislead people?

Ambassadors are part of the State Department... aka the Executive Branch.. aka Trump's administration.

Ambassadors are appointed directly by the President...
