Upper abdominal strain

It's interesting how you can accuse me of being emotional from estrogen but follow that by claiming tren can't affect your personality. Which is it?

I don’t think I claimed that at all. Are you having a bad reading day?

I never claimed tren couldn’t affect your personality.

Somehow you think that a single cycle of test from 15 years ago would affect my sensitivity today, but a cycle of tren couldn't turn people into a psycho (despite all evidence to the contrary). You said all that in the same post.

You’re salty forreal. You seem to have no actual life and you’re also a snitch with a stick up your ass. You’re incredibly petty and childish in guise of being funny or not caring. Trolling is your hobby because your actual life is both boring and highly dissatisfying. Which is why you constantly look for excitement and conflict on an Internet forum. That’s just my armchair internet diagnosis of you but I don’t believe I’m too far off. Your next reply will also be comically predictable. Not to mention the criticism coming from me will be dismissed because of your unwillingness to improve socially and denial of very real character flaws due to ego

Not as salty as it took you to make this post lol.

If attempts at armchair psychoanalysis is your hobby, I’d never stop you from partaking in it.

I don’t need to dismiss what you’ve said because it, and you, literally don’t matter to me lol. I don’t even recognize your username. Keep doing your thing bro.

I’d never snitch tho. No need to throw low blows.

You could try DIY surgery to remove the injured rib but it's probably best if you just rest it for a while

I've had a few broken ribs and a sports hernia, not exactly the same but seems pretty comparable.
Both required rest to start. Rib got better on it's own, sports hernia needed physio / an exercise plan.
Probably smart to get it checked out but at the very least, just let it rest.
You can come back from hernia without surgery? I keep searching for a unicorn pill or hoping one day to wake up and the tenderness be gone... from 13 months ago.

Sports hernia or hernia? Not the same thing.
Mine took about 4-5 months of serious focus on rehab. Came back again 4 years later and required another 2-3 months (wasn’t as bad the second time around because I saw it coming and didn’t push myself and make the injury worse)

Not sure. Something below belly button about 3 inches & above the man junk about 2 inches pulled and started burning when I was doing full sprints. Was last Sept. so I eased off of it to let it rest. Virus hit and I had no intentions of going near a doctors office. Went get in checked around Feb for peace of mind and the basic MD guy said it wasn't a hernia. So no clue what it is. I just haven't sprinted since lol.

*also aggravates it to do side planks, most hanging leg raises, high kicks, flying knees and splits.

Unless you can feel a protrusion, it’s likely a sports hernia. Similar symptoms to mine. You basically have to retrain your entire core/hips through all ranges of motion. Slowly, always avoiding pain, and making improvements as you can. If you can’t get to a physio then do some research on sports hernia rehab. I think Mike Boyle has a good two part article.

Thanks for reply. I was doing a fk ton of core workouts for weeks before that. Pretty much over training 1 muscle group. Co-ed softball started up and in middle of sprinting I felt the burn and shut it down. It doesn't hurt unless you trigger it, which you learn to not do.
