Upper abdominal strain

Thanks for reply. I was doing a fk ton of core workouts for weeks before that. Pretty much over training 1 muscle group. Co-ed softball started up and in middle of sprinting I felt the burn and shut it down. It doesn't hurt unless you trigger it, which you learn to not do.

Not near what it was 8 months ago. I couldn't spread feet apart much wider than shoulders without it pinching. I just slid them 5 ft apart and it's not near as noticeable. Pulling and planking was the quickest giveaway. Bro-in-law sunk a ZTR mower in ditch and I went to pull it out, that's when I knew it wasn't healing like a sore muscle in 20s. Just tried a 15 second side plank and no irritation. It must be slowly rehabbing.
Still going to check out the info you gave. Thanks again for the spirit uplift. lol helps tremendously in the gym
