It's a matter of symmetry in rhetoric and response.
If we are to purge white supremacist and white nationalist thought from academia and academic discourse, or other modes appealing to discrimination, then this social decision must be applied to all reflexive forms, and this is irrefutably that. I have no problem with allowing free speech, but we have always tempered that with micromanagement of the extremes and the extremists (who seek to foment rather than to investigate).
Thus, if this is allowed, and the SPLC/ADL don't classify it as "hate" speech, for example, then they need to extend the same courtesy to those who embrace a "No Blacks Allowed" shibboleth. If these students were white and they announced a campus magazine with that title, in 2018, they would be expelled.
Fair is fair. Equality is equality. Be consistent, America.

I just don't think anyone should be expelled for holding views that hurts someone's feellings.
