Crime United Healthcare CEO assassinated in NYC

From CNN-

The suspect shot Thompson with what appeared to be a silencer, according to a law enforcement official

Wow that's big. Makes this seem like an actual hit not just some guy who got claims denied and went off the deep end.

United Health was under anti-trust investigation, did not disclose that fact, the CEO and others sold a shit ton of private shares before the stock dropped and now the executives are under DOJ investigation for insider trade. I'm feeling a little tinfoily

Police have this up with photos (still from security cams). If that's the best they got, they might be in trouble finding this dude.

They believe he fled on bike into nearby central park

Fleeing on bike in NY was smart they can't track the bike and you can manuver easier than a car. You can also take it on a subway or ferry. Then again a guy who commits a murder at 6:40am probably wasn't thinking about getting away with murder.

When you're in the business of fraud, especially when it comes to peoples lives, this is always a possibility.
I would roll with a ccw and a rezvani tank if I was screwing over people with a terminal disease they have nothing to lose hence the saw reference I made earlier.

It's sounding like it was planned due to how early it was and the fact the guy fled on a bike in NYC.

His outfit, get away plan, and suppressor lead me to believe he definitely thought about getting away with murder.
You make a good point but I wonder why he didn't just get him away from the cameras and witnesses at night.
