Okey.. So I will post my best recipe for protein drinks/shakes.. So now you will need these ingridients, but you they're probably not awaliable everywhere so compromise by adding the most similar product.. First.. The night before you dice 2 kiwi fruits and 4 large strawberries and put in a tupperware. Put in the freezer to set over night, this way you wont need any ice cubes! The next morning you take it out.. Recipe. 1 cup of 1% fat milk with 44 kcal energy, the vitamin A should cover 6% of you recomended daily intake. 1 tsp of bran meal, or branflakes Kiwi and strawberries
Good idea with the fruit and bran. I used to do that with the fruit, but I would just buy it frozen already at the supermarket. I used to take MetRx and GNC protein for a long time and after a short while both of those start to taste like absolute crap. So take the frozen fruit and add those in. Only problem I had with adding all the extra stuff in to make it taste ok is that I ended up having to drink like two and a half big glasses instead of just one. I take muscle milk now and that tastes fine by itself.
I use natural vasle protein, no strange stuff or flavorings.. sour as hell though.. But I get muscle tone kinda easy so it's really just a suppliment.. We dont have frozen fruit in Sweden, or we have, but it's rare.. Not kiwi or mango atleast.. the good stuff.. hhehe

Yeah, I know man. And at your size, you got a SHITLOAD of powder to put in that 25 oz. shaker cup. Mine's so fucking thick I have a couple Geishas come and towel off my forehead before I pound the last 5 ounces. My trainer Kenji, when I gave him the PWO shake, even he said, "Too sweet." And this is a guy who if he buys one of those gallon jugs of Gatorade in the morning, will not have any Gatorade that afternoon.
