Okey.. So I will post my best recipe for protein drinks/shakes..
So now you will need these ingridients, but you they're probably not awaliable everywhere so compromise by adding the most similar product..
First.. The night before you dice 2 kiwi fruits and 4 large strawberries and put in a tupperware.
Put in the freezer to set over night, this way you wont need any ice cubes!
The next morning you take it out..
Recipe.
1 cup of 1% fat milk with 44 kcal energy, the vitamin A should cover 6% of you recomended daily intake.
1 tsp of bran meal, or branflakes
