Think of it like an occupation where a liberal establishment have been putting people who actively despise the country in positions of authority for the last 40 years.

Ricky Jones pleaded not guilty, so his case did go to trial, a jury deliberated about the case, and cleared him.
Had LC let her case go to trial, she more than likely would have been cleared as well.

That's more to do with poor legal advice due to the fact it was given by your standard idiot solicitor that provides the standard level of legal representation....... There are 2 big procedural issues with the Lucy Connelly case

1) She was denied bail and remanded in custody. This is unheard of in her situation as there is a presumption of bail unless certain conditions are met - IE flee the country, offend on bail, tamper with witnesses.

2) She was given a lengthy custodial instead of a suspended sentence or non-custodial punishment. This is during a period where people caught with cat 1 child CP videos are being spared prison.

Legal advice aside, they wanted her to suffer as a warning to others.

Connolly shared her X post on the same day three young girls were killed in a knife attack at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport last year. hotels were subsequently attacked hence the causality link plus she pleaded guily to racial aggravation.
