UFN 112: Kape vs Royval PBP/Discussion

Bang. Kid is dynamite.

I got Royval at +250 on the next one.
He might not win, but at those odds I felt compelled.

Damn. There was roughly 5-7 seconds of when the live betting on PrizePicks dropped a lot and then closed, then I knew Vallejos had landed something big (my ESPN+ stream hadn't shown Giga get knocked out yet).

When I was live in attendance at UFC 323, I was the one with the 5 second lead ahead of the sports books.

Welp, my night started off bad with Bleda looking like shit and getting finished, but I won every bet after that.

October, November, and December were great betting months for me after having had a tough run during the summer (funny since I usually always travel during the summer and usually can't bet).

Due to Spirit Airlines pulling out of my local airport and the new law on taxing gamblers that takes effect in 2026, I won't be in Las Vegas 3-4 times a month like usual, but I'll still attend at least once per month to get some bets in. Also, now that Robinhood, PrizePicks, and other places have UFC lines available and I can live bet on all of those platforms, it means I have less of a reason to go to Vegas (although I love the SS and TD props that I can only bet in Vegas).

No more UFC on ESPN (thank goodness), and now we'll get all UFC events on an inexpensive monthly subscription thanks to Paramount+. The only bad thing is that we have to wait exactly 6 weeks until the next UFC event.

There's the Jake Paul vs. Anthony Joshua boxing match next Friday, and then there's the RIZIN event (boring card) on New Years Eve, but that's it for combat sports until January 24...

Last fight of 2025.
It's been a great year, everyone! Thanks for the memories! 🍻
Yep. 🍻

I'll be back next Friday to talk shit in the Boxing forum for the Paul vs. Joshua fight, but that's probably it until January for me. The RIZIN card looks shitty this year since there are no good Japanese fighters anymore.
