UFC WMMA: The way to watch

Give me:

  • Whole Fight Nights of just WMMA. No WMMA on the other cards.

  • What we have now. A few WMMA fights on a card.

  • None. I don’t like WMMA.

Results are only viewable after voting.
Whole card of WMMA.

I won't watch it, but there are some who like it.
 
I just like watching good fights.

I'll take Ribas/Barber over Brundage/Dumasor Magny/Rowe type fighters who are scared to fight any day. Doesn't even matter if the skill level is lower. Fighters trying to fight is still better than fighters that clearly aren't.

Ribas got her bell rung and decided to plant her feet and fire back. She knew she was outgunned and getting clobbered but decided to go down swinging. Meanwhile, half the men on the card took a punch and either immediately dove for the legs or high-tailed it to the other side of the Octagon.

Some of these blokes even rocked their opponents and then decided to shoot for a td instead of trying to finish them off. Like, what the fuck? I almost cried tears of joy when Onama KOd that Santos clown.

See, u gotta vote how u feel. Using them as a toilet break is disingenuous. Plus, with all the lame hype talk theres plenty of time between fights to use the bathroom.

Still 55% of people think wmma should gtfo of the regular cards. And the numbers are going more and more that way. You know damn well all the jokes during the live discussion during events is making fun of wmma lol

Yeah. Variety like wnba and nba, people can choose to watch what they want. U should be clamoring for a WUFC, now the female athletes get true equality. The cards are hogged up by 80% mens fights, with a WUFC, more and more female fighters can get to showcase themselves on the big stage.

Nah, I like seeing all the different divisions on the same card.

All heavyweight cards would be lame. All men's bantamweight would be ok, I guess, or all men's featherweight. Both of those divisions are deep enough to support a whole league.

Fortunately, all the best fighters in all the divisions can all fight on the same card, just the way it should be.

But mens and womens are a completely different category. A male fighter can move to diff weight classes. He cant fight in wmma

Same sport. A featherweight could fight at heavyweight, but that would be stupid and lame, much like this conversation.
 
WMMA matchups don't bother me because I never watch 95% of them anyway. The potential for them to be a huge disappointment is rather high. I generally stick to WMMA championship fights and still expect the worst. I know people have different taste and all but I suspect a lot of fans are just pretending to like it.

Hell I skip a lot of male MMA fights too and I have no shame in saying so

I don't think anyone's pretending to like it. The poll is anonymous. Watch whatever you want to watch or not watch. Nothing to be embarrassed or angry about anyway. As far as I'm concerned warriors come in different sizes. I've seen jaw dropping fights from men and women. There's no way to guarantee a good or bad fight. A men's title fight can bomb just like any fight can turn out to be a bust. I think statistically we'll see down the road that you can't blame women for bad fights, only bad fighters.
 
Maycee Barber looked dramatically improved tonight, Tabatha Ricci showed excellent foot work and fast boxing, Gillian Robertson high talented and dangerous grappler but could not keep up with Ricci's speed. Ribas showing grit but getting bested with some well timed head kicks and G&P. Cody Brundage was hot garbage. Julias Caesar would have fed him to lions.
