UFC WMMA: The way to watch

Ribas/Barber was a great fight, but there have only been maybe 10 fights on that level in the 10+ year history of UFC WMMA. It was the epitome of an exception.

As good as it was action-wise, though, it still sucked technically. Even Dominick Cruz, on commentary, was saying how they had the technique of 7th-grade wrestlers <45>.

The typical WMMA fight has that same level of technique without any of the action.

I don't think anyone's pretending to like it. The poll is anonymous. Watch whatever you want to watch or not watch. Nothing to be embarrassed or angry about anyway. As far as I'm concerned warriors come in different sizes. I've seen jaw dropping fights from men and women. There's no way to guarantee a good or bad fight. A men's title fight can bomb just like any fight can turn out to be a bust. I think statistically we'll see down the road that you can't blame women for bad fights, only bad fighters.

I like WMMA, but I do think having seperate shows would be better.
I mean it kinda felt weird that right after watching 2 HWs totally brutalize each other, 2 tiny 115 girls shows up throwing puny punches for 15 minutes.
But at least it isn't as bad as it used to.

Unexciting fighters that make people snooze or watch other things should be in early prelims or cut
Exciting fighters that make people tune in should fight in the main card
