All they want to do is load there pockets with more and more money and couldn't give a rats ass what happens to those they let go. Typical millionaire's just looking to get richer.

Fitch is 35.

Okami is 32.

Fitch had suffered a lot more set backs too.

Okami is still arguably a top 10 guy, and the premier organisation in the sport cutting top 10 guys in an already weak division is bullshit.

Theres like 47 fighters in that division ranked beneath him.

What bullshit. The UFC likes to keep these so called 'exciting fighters' after going on 3-4 fight losing streaks, but they cut legitimate top 10 talent after 1 loss. What a joke.

15-5 in a span of, what, 7 years in the UFC? Losing to only top contenders in the division aside from the Boetsch fight that he was dominating until he got caught?

I'm not even a big Okami fan but he's a legit fighter and deserves more than this bullshit.

His chin has been terrible for quite a while now and he's been knocked out 3 times in his last 6. He is NOT a top 10 fighter, the rankings are basing everything off what he did years ago, just like Fitch.

He is a boring fighter with a very weak chin, his entire style revolves around "stifling" his opponents and slowing down fights into point sparing contests. I can't believe people are "outraged" about this cut.

He'll get signed by another org and you can all watch him fight there if you choose.

He's not terribly exciting and wont be a title contender anytime soon.

You mean he had a KO after the Boetsch fight, survived against Lombard and dominated Belcher?

I mean he wasn't the same mentally. Look at the guys he beat after the Boestch fight. Belcher is really the only notable one. Lombard wasn't as good as advertised, but, I'm happy he beat Hector.

He won fights, but, those were supposed to get him back on his feet. The time he returned to fighting a contender, he looked like a shell of the tough, gritty Okami we all knew and loved.

Not saying he shouldn't be in the UFC, but, he needs some time for soul searching.
