I think it’s more nostalgic, I rarely go to McDonald’s but when I do with my nephew, I usually get McDoubles. For nostalgia reasons.

I lived off .99c mcdoubles when i was 18 in 2006.... they are not very good... but i sometimes have one and it tastes good

They also used to have like a 2.99 meal at wendys that was basically survival for like 6 months.... money's good now but back then i was eating ramen and microwave meals to survive
