Lmao what you get the yellow for?

Flame war about Mas/Cerrone not being the 5 round main event. Lol.

It's no secret that I hate WMMA. I hate watching it and I hate discussing it. Esp hate having to watch tape. Do you know how mad I was at myself trying to watch tape on Lybarger?

If there's 1 good thing I can say about WMMA, the o2.5s have been great to me lol.

It has honestly not crossed my mind that Shev would attempt a TD. I expect Shev to try and make this a kickboxing fight.

Hard to know what her plan is.

Guarantee Shev will go for it in this fight and she will probably get it against Pena. Scrambles will ensue so we will see from there.

I mean, I was wrong about Pena after the Eye fight. I just assumed everyone would see how awful she is and match her against fringe ~top30 fighters and then she wins against Zingano, but I still don't think that she's looked impressive against anyone decent.

Finally some Spice love (albeit im sitting on the fence). Something i also forgot to mention yday is Bojan prob would have submitted Chirico end of r2 if he wasn't saved by the bell. Gonna be a good lb fight.

Spicely is going to submit Di chirico. I'm pretty confident.

Pena reminds me a lot of Tate. She doesn't look great all of the time, but she can get it done and takes advantage of opportunities. I loved her line against Zingano. She's a very sticky grappler who is aware of positioning.

Watching her striking on tape is brutal, but in WMMA you do not have to be all that skilled to win consistently. She is relentless, decently strong and athletic, good grappler and seems to have excellent cardio with the pace she puts on. If she keeps climbing I will probably play her for those reasons alone, fully knowing that her striking consists of throwing bombs to get into the clinch.

I haven't played that fight yet either. It's one of two that I haven't. Still waiting on Spicely/Di Chirico too.

Was just browsing Jordan Johnson's record and noticed that in his 2nd pro fight he beat a guy named Ryan Scheeper. According to the Fight Finder, this dude's record is 4-37 and he has lost his last 20 in a row, all inside the first round. That determination is pretty impressive. I have a few buddies with that mentality when it comes to trying to pick up chicks at the bar, which is equally sad because they are in their late 30s just like him.

No idea what you're talking about re chicks lol

I have 2u on Di Chirico. I don't think Spicely will get him to the mat consistently and doesn't have much for stand-up. He could be making strides at Tristar, but I think Di Chirico is more well-rounded and will counter wrestle and piece him up on the feet to take a dec or possibly get a KO.

Was leaning that way myself, but man, he was frustrating to watch in his last fight.

Im not paying the juice but frankenstein is getting wrestlefucked for three rounds. His tdd is porous and he is goung to gas hard.

My neighbor's coming over to watch that fight specifically. He doesn't watch a lot of fights. Him and his coworker know Johnson personally. They say he's a pretty rugged dude. They were way pumped for his last AXS fight lol.

Taking a decent shot at Frankenstein KO +450 (bm)

I do not really understand the big discrepancy between his ML (+180), ITD (+300) and KO (+450) lines.

11 out of his 12 wins have been by TKO/KO and he has never went the distance or even been past round 2. I doubt that changes here, especially in Denver's altitude.

I think he either gets the KO or drowns in Denver's altitude

0.666u for 3u

I really dislike when non fighters think they know better than actual fighters when it comes to training.

Do you even train keyboard warrior? I would venture to guess you don't and probably live in your mom's basement.

I've trained in a lot of places with a lot of the best guys. No, I don't fight because I started when I 30 but I would still go anytime anywhere with anyone. I've sparred with guys who have fought in the UFC, Bellator, K-1, and other orgs so yeah, I do know somewhat of what I'm talking about.

You joined a month ago and have over 700 posts...that tells me all I need to know.

Chirico by KO is my prediction. You can't rely on a 1 dimensional guy with your money at this level. I think you guys are putting too much stock into the meme that McL is THAT bad of a fighter. He's bad but he presents a couple issues. If you're going to fault him for that performance where he won the fight, then you gotta look real hard at how the fuck Alvey of all people tapped Spice. You can't ignore that.

Chirico doesn't over extend he tends to watch where his hips are. He's good at grabbing underhooks too. His TDD is not bad at all for a euro. I've noticed that he likes to attack off the break so he's definitely offensive minded.

Dude Spice Lee isn't even a great wrestler he will flop to his back if he doesn't get the TD. And if it's true that Santos was injured for that fight, then that win has less stock in retrospect.

And on top of that, he might be one of the worst cases of dad-bod in his weight class. He's fat around the waste and hardly a big 185er.

I was going to play that KO line +450 but I went to shower and came back to +340. You're the jerk who moved the line smh.

That must have been some other jerk. I got the +450 line on bookmaker

jingliang just went from -150 straight to -125 quite the jump

-115 on 5d, and i just hit it.

i finally watched some nash footage. dude is a wrestler-brawler. yet he can be taken down, himself, and he can be hit on the feet. he also seems like he slows down and i think this is short notice for him? yea, i'm on jing -115

---

also finally watched some johnson tape.. he's not bad. i get some of the love. but i think these odds are a bit nutty.. i don't think he's really that good of a finisher (subbing some mediocre guys on regional) -- i think the more likely finisher here is gonna be frankenstein, so i'm going his route via NSC

small play on both -- thought about 100% passes on both of these fights w/the two new dudes, but yea. 0.5u jing -115 ML and 0.5u henrique NSC +140
