Strength/Mass UFC fighters lifting numbers

Im not name dropping but there are "pros" my area who a feather or flyweights I would have no issues with.
nice, some 205 pound guy trying to one up 135ers

I will namedrop one guy Ryan Span who is from my city who is in the UFC as we speak. If I had to fight him I would go for a rear naked, a heel hook, or a triangle and it would be a miracle to pull it off.

name dropped that you are in the same city. Nothing else. Ask that guy to spar. You will see something.
I prefer to fight at distance against guys around my size or smaller.a tad bigger obviously because I have a distance art speciality. Can absolutely grapple well enough though.

One of my best friends invites me all the time to John Danaher seminars and he has trained with pros. If he were to talk to you he would tell you just how capable I am. We sparred more than a handful of times.
your random friend isn´t a fighter, he just practices jitsu, doesn´t even mean he´s good at it

I'm pretty sure it's legit..

There was a thread in the World Wide a while back , after almost dying and aged , Tank was putting up 350 lbs easy...

Yes, after his surgery, he made a video of himself benching what people could never do even if they tried even as frail as he is now, he's still stronger than buff dudes who go to the gym. Once I saw that its totally believable it was legit.

no he practices MMA as John danaher trains more than just BJJ guys.......Ive already sparred guys as big as Ryan I already know what they bring to the table who were at one point just as good of fighters as he is. You seem to think that I dont understand at all what is going on in a fight which is fine by me but it isn't true.

Coleman also is said to have benched 600 back in pride. It seemed unbelievable but actually if you look at him I can believe it. He also shoved Joe Hogan when they were playfighting and Hogan flew just by a bare touch.

He took so many steroids. It´s half of his game.

Actually 155ers to. My best weight class would easily be welterweight and MAYBE middleweight. Don’t think I’m not being proactive just throwing Gaga at you and sitting around. My family as some are super fans and have connections in the fight business I’ve already discussed entering tough man conception next year or full contact karate to get my feet wet. All it takes is a physical and a registration fee. My main goal is to play baseball at the highest level I can right now and everybody here should know that by now.

yup. At least I don´t have to hear it anymore
That fine with me I won’t feel
Obligated to answer your questions about it and then lay down and die like yoda when he got tired of answering Luke’s questions.

tag me if you do that toughman fight thing and talk about it here

I’ve already been in contact with kickboxing amateur orgs through email.

getting a fight is too easy. Am I supposed to be impressed that you got gmail ? Or does this mean you recently asked them to compete ?
My karate style is Shotokan. I took karate and tkd.
Shotokan is soft

even 30 KOs in a row look beyond soft, embarassing to calll yourself a fighter if you pretend to die from any contact

Kuykushin is the fighting style that is real

This is not true at all. Machida, wonder boy, GSP are all shotokon. Shotokon is more linear and more of distance based art. My main art and what ive done the most is TKD though. I have black belts in both.

I´m a K1 nerd, I love K1 so much. I wanna tattoo it.
