Basically, yes, lol.

He hit those 2 elbows on the td defense and had dude hurt but with a delay, and then while hurt, he got clinch tossed to the ground hard enough to stun him, and then the ref stepped in on the follow up punches just based on dude's defenseless state of confusion and being half KO'd.
