No, it's the Noche card with Sean and Merab that's going head to head with Canelo. It's pure idiocy that the UFC is having that shitty card with unknown Mexican fighters on the main card thinking that they're going to remotely compete with Canelo fucking Alvarez.

UFC had the Vegas date and venue booked first and they will compete, the UFC is likely to do a 20+ mill gate for the first time. Its also a terrible Canelo fight and they are different fanbases.

Dont know why people think its one or the other, they can both do big gates and sell PPVs on the same night. UFC's main event is far more interesting too.

Only if they match her against the googley-eyed Brazilian. No idea if they're in the same weight class cuz WMMA, but I'm sure that's in the works for a Liechtenstein Fight Night card before the end of the year. Jon Gooden will be commentating, which is how you know the UFC gives no fucks about an event.

Card of the year in terms of name value, but the Dubai cards always under deliver for whatever reason. The Ank/Rakich fight has potential to be a snoozer, and the first Game/Volkov fight was more of a sparring session.

I'll especially be upset if the Khamzat/Whittaker fight is called off again. If it's a Khamzat pullout, the UFC should be allowed to legally euthanize him.

I duno, any card that has two title fights can't be awful. And, in this case, both are average at worse..

They're def going with the experience factor on this one. I bet they made it a shorter card because the venue charges crazy money per hour (or by minute?)
