i remember watching pennington on tuf way back in the day, thinking that she could end up with real solid boxing one day. Dana is a boxing guy and said the same thing.

But she hasn't improved even a little bit. Same punches, same footwork, 10 years later.

Her boxing got worse over time but she's gotten good at being a bully at all times. I know this was ugly but Rocky beat one of BW's best pretty brutally here.
